Posts and plans on Ptera are user-shared information. Safety advisories, visa rules, entry conditions, business hours, prices, and transit can all change.

Ptera may take the following actions against violating posts or accounts.
e.g. occasional spam, mild inappropriate phrasing
e.g. repeated abuse, aggressive promotion, harassment
e.g. fraud, serious harassment, illegal acts, encouragement of dangerous behavior
For severe violations we may act without prior warning.
If you see inappropriate posts, profiles, comments, or messages, please use the report function.
Reports are viewed only by moderators or admins. Your identity as a reporter is not disclosed to the reported party.
If you wish to appeal a post deletion, feature restriction, or account suspension, please use the contact form.
We re-review based on the post, reports received, and prior history. Not all actions will necessarily be reversed.
These guidelines may be updated as the service evolves and as laws or norms change. Major changes will be announced in-app.
